1)   All approved campsites in Denmark must observe the rules and requirements of the Danish Camping Board regarding the camping card. The camping card ensures that all guests are registered. Guests renting chalets, caravans and tents must therefore also have a camping card.
 
2)   The camping card is valid for individuals, married couples, cohabiting couples and single parents with children under 18 living at home in the same household.
 
3)   The group card can be issued to schools, nurseries, boarding schools, sports associations, etc., with a minimum of 5 and maximum of 11 participants travelling together per card.
 
4)   The 2013 price of the camping card is DKK 110. 
 
5)   The camping card can be used in all European countries.
 
6)   It is valid for the calendar year printed on the card or the year label stuck on it.
 
7)   New camping cards can be purchased and renewed at individual campsites and at tourist offices. They can also be purchased at www.danishcampsites.dk
 
8)   The camping card has built-in subsidiary liability insurance, which covers damage or injury to a third party not covered by any personal liability insurance you may have.
