1) - Rental of luxury cabins/rooms with shower/toilet.

4) - Conference room with AV equipment – overhead, projector (possible rental of equipment), TV, etc., as well as conference furniture of a high, uniform standard.

6) - Possibility of arranging outings/excursions.
7) - It should be possible to arrange transport to and from the campsite.
8) - If the campsite’s common room is to be used for conferences, an alternative common room should be made available to the other guests at the campsite.
9) - The conference theme cannot be used during high season (05.07-15.08). In exceptional cases, it may also be used during high season – e.g. if there is a separate conference room.
